Q1: Can you customize the boards according to customer design?
Answer: Yes, we customized the boards size, colour, shape and graphic exactly according to customer requirements. And put client logo on the products.
Q2: Can we get samples?
Answer: Yes, for initial order, we can supply sample, and sample can be customized design one and put your brand name.
Q3: What’s the delivery time?
Answer: for customized boards, usually 30 to 45 days to finish the manufacturing. Then ship to you accordingly. By sea, usually need 15 to 35 days to the destination port (according to the different destination port); by air, usually 5 to 7 working days to deliver.
Q4: What’s the payment term?
Answer: Usually 40% to 50% T/T for deposit, and balance after the goods is finished . LC, West Union, PayPal is also fine.
Q5: How about your quality control?
Answer: We pay much attention to the quality control, the products will be inspected after each procedure and before package to guarantee the quality.
